I initiated my rewarding, prosperous career in real estate in 1999 as a Sales Consultant in China before immigrating to Canada in 2003. With my Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree and an MBA from the University of Manitoba, I was subsequently employed as a Financial Analyst at the Parkland Regional Health Authority. In 2012, I returned to China as a Program Assistant for the Canadian Embassy, first in the Visa Department and later in Trade and Investment as a Trade Commissioner. In 2014, I settled in Vancouver, combining my wide-ranging knowledge and experience in finance and real estate sales by becoming a licensed realtor while teaming with finance experts in Mortgage and Investment Management for HSBC, RBC, Scotiabank, TD and CIBC.

Ever passionate about real estate, and devoted and dedicated to my craft, I enjoy the distinction of having been a top-producing agent for many years, widely regarded in the industry as a highly successful residential and commercial real estate professional. In 2018, I founded and became the CEO of Diane Wang Personal Real Estate Corporation and Pacific Broadway Holdings company. I service buyers and sellers of luxury properties, single family homes, townhomes and condominiums in Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. My extensive market knowledge, effective negotiating skills, determined and persistent work-ethic as well as forward-thinking planning and sustained maintenance have invaluably assisted my clients to achieve their home selling and buying goals. In addition, I have advised and enabled my clients to generate substantial wealth through strategic real estate investing.

I attribute my continuous success to my Chinese and Canadian exposures, advanced education, and solid entrepreneurial knowledge and experience, all enhanced and emboldened by powerful teams of collaborative colleagues and loyal, trusting clients who have confidence in my proven skills and abilities. I specialize in relocations, including settling immigrants into comfortable new environments that suit their varied and specific needs. Due to the scarcity of vacant land in urban areas for large scale construction, a major part of my business involves providing developers with the opportunity of land assemblies for redevelopment with higher density projects. Whether my clients are single individuals, families or development firms, their unique interests and desires are my priorities to satisfy or exceed.
